Payment Policy (Cash on Delivery Only)

1. Accepted Payment Methods At Quirkup, we strictly operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI prepayments, or PayPal at this time.

  • Pay on Delivery: You pay only when you receive your package.

  • Cash Only: Payment must be made in cash (INR/₹) to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

2. Fraud Prevention & Order Limits To ensure fair service and prevent fraudulent activity, the following strict limits apply to all customers. Orders exceeding these limits will not be processed.

  • Order Frequency: Customers are limited to placing 1 order per 24-hour period. If you attempt to place a second order within 24 hours, your order will not go through.

  • Quantity Limit: You may purchase a maximum of 2 items per order.

  • Maximum Order Value: Cash on Delivery is available only for orders with a total value up to ₹2,000. If your cart exceeds this amount, you will not be able to complete the checkout.

3. Order Verification & Dispatch

  1. Verification: After placing your order, you may receive a call or WhatsApp message to confirm your address and order details. Unverified orders will be cancelled.

  2. Dispatch: Once verified, your order is packed and shipped.

  3. Delivery: Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready for the delivery agent.

4. Refusal of Delivery & Blacklisting We take COD fraud seriously. We reserve the right to permanently block any customer from making future purchases if they:

  • Refuse to accept the delivery without a valid reason (e.g., damage).

  • Are unavailable to receive the package after confirming the order.

  • Repeatedly place orders and reject payment at the doorstep.

5. Non-Negotiable Terms

  • No "Open Delivery": Packages cannot be opened before handing over the cash to the delivery agent. Returns must be initiated via our Return Policy after payment and delivery.

  • Currency: We only accept Indian Rupees (₹).
